Researchers have been studying the affects of self hypnosis as a way to increase success, break bad habits, improve public speaking skills, and get more accomplished in less time. Thanks to modern psychological research, conversationally hypnosis has become a part of standard training for the military, business leaders, sales people, and doctors.

Conversational hypnosis can be accomplished by the subtle, suggestive words you use during normal conversation with a friend, colleague or stranger. With just a slight change in the tone of your voice, your body language and the way you look at someone, you can make just about anyone do and think anything you want them to.

Once you have developed the behavioral skills to be successful at conversational hypnosis, you need to memorize the scripts and key words that you will use to hypnotize your subject. By using positive affirmations and subtle cues, you can reprogram the subconscious mind and control exactly what someone things and does.

The key it to find a script that will allow you to paint an environment that puts the subject at complete ease and allows you to use methods that create amnesia. The most powerful form of hypnosis occurs when the subject forgets what you suggested to them. Otherwise they question what they are doing and what they are thinking.

Once you have written your hypnosis script, you will constantly improve it as your skills develop. Practice it on strangers at the grocery store or on the cashier at the coffee shop, and test it on unsuspected friends. Just don’t suggest them to do anything you wouldn’t want them to do to you. You will know when you have perfected your script, but you can always prefect conversational hypnosis skills.
